Initial consultations are vital to the start of a meaningful psychotherapy.  While we may chat for a few minutes on the phone, the best way to find out if I am a good fit for you is to have a consultation.  During this time we can talk more about what you are looking for and you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to work with me.  We can also talk about fees, policies, and scheduling.
